For Admins: Document History

The Document Types screen is where administrators create and manage the document types available throughout the ERM application.

How do I view and modify which roles can see Document History?

1. Click on the Name of the Document Type to view and modify details.

2. Search and add Roles from the dropdown list, then click Add.

3. Check the permissions to grant, including See History to allow this role to access the Document History.

4. Set the value for how long view events are kept in history for this document type.

5. Click Save.

How do I view Document History?

1. Go to Employee record, Documents tab.

2. Click on the kebab icon in the Action column.

3. Click See History.

4. View the history log.
