Workflows

Purpose

This article will provide instructions on how to create, modify, search and delete Workflows under the Workflow tab of the Process Design Studio tool.

Definition

A Workflow is a course of actions that can be designed based on your specific work procedures, with the objective of optimizing and automating it.

It is built on a diagram you can easily customize, which uses multiple sources and provides many operations possibilities. 

 Create

To create a Workflow, click on + New Workflow. Go to the Workflow Creation page for extended details on how to create a Workflow.

Modify

To edit a Workflow, click on the pencil icon to the right of the item on the list.

Search

On the main Workflows page, when using the search box on the top left of the screen, the site searches for the text under Workflow Name as well as under Description.  

Delete

To delete a Workflow, select the item on the list and then click on the Delete Workflows button on the top right of the screen.
