VisualVault Web Browser Compatibility
The supported Web browsers are listed in the table below. Web browsers must allow cookies. If a user's browser is not configured to allow cookies, VisualVault will treat the user as unauthorized because an encrypted cookie is required to verify user identity after authentication.
VisualVault's Workflow Design and Form Design features are supported on Laptop and Desktop devices and require a mouse, touchpad, or trackpad interface.
VisualVault Operating System Compatibility
Each time a new OS version is released VisualVault begins support and continues supporting the most recent prior version (support is ended for all versions before that). We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy for security reasons.

VisualVault File Import Service
When importing greater than 5,000 files per hour we recommend using our Managed File Import Service which is 10X faster performance by leveraging bulk database and batched file import transactions vs. HTTPS API communications. The Managed Import Service monitors a secure FTP connection for an index file with related documents. Related documents are transmitted first, when the index file is transmitted a batch import process is triggered.
