FAQ

Who can access the Survey List Dashboard?

Only VaultAccess, Survey Leaders and the Compliance Team have access. Survey Leaders can edit and manage surveys, while the Compliance Team has read-only (Viewer) access. The Survey Coordinators and the Auditor/Surveyor do not have direct access to the dashboard.

What can Survey Leaders do on the dashboard?

Survey Leaders can:

  • View all closed and active surveys

  • Open and edit survey records

  • Update survey details (status, name, description, etc.)

  • Launch surveys for review or audit preparation

Can the Compliance Team edit surveys from the dashboard?

No. Compliance Team members have Viewer access only. They can view survey records and statuses but cannot make changes.

How are survey statuses shown on the dashboard?

Each survey is marked with a status of either “Active” or “Closed.” Survey Leaders can change this status from within a survey record; viewers can only observe the current status.

Is the survey history saved?

The dashboard keeps a list of all closed and active surveys, including dates, statuses, and summary details. This is especially useful for audits or organizational tracking. However,  if a survey is deleted from the survey list, that data cannot be restored.
