Groups can be deleted within VisualVault by those who have VaultAccess privileges.
- Groups can only be deleted when it is not assigned to any workflow.
- Groups cannot be deleted if users still exist in the group.
To delete a group:
- Hover over the user information in the upper right-hand corner of the window and select Control Panel.
- Select the Admin Tools tab.
- Select Groups.
- Select the checkbox next to the group(s) that should be deleted.
- Use the Delete Selected Groups button.
- In the confirmation message that appears, select the OK button.
