Removing Groups

Groups can be deleted within VisualVault by those who have VaultAccess privileges. 

  • Groups can only be deleted when it is not assigned to any workflow. 
  • Groups cannot be deleted if users still exist in the group. 

To delete a group:

  1. Hover over the user information in the upper right-hand corner of the window and select Control Panel.

  2. Select the Admin Tools tab.

  3. Select Groups.

  4. Select the checkbox next to the group(s) that should be deleted.

  5. Use the Delete Selected Groups button.

  6. In the confirmation message that appears, select the OK button.
