Parallel Start & Join

Definition

This action will allow you to set many actions that will be performed simultaneously, independently from each other, however all of them must be successfully performed before going to the next step of the Workflow.  If at least one of the actions within the Parallel Start & Join fails, the Workflow won’t proceed.

Instructions

Drag and drop the Parallel Start action from the list on the left into the diagram, under the correspondent “+” icon.

Name and Description of both, Start and Join boxes, can be customized on the Step Properties pop up window to the right.

In order to add an action inside a Parallel Start & Join, simply drag and drop it on the diamond-shaped “+” icon in the middle.

Each action added can be individually edited as usual and will perform the same functionalities it does outside the Parallel
