Email

Definition

This action is used for sending e-mails automatically when triggered by the workflow.

Instructions

Drag and drop the Email action from the list on the left into the diagram, under the correspondent “+” icon.

Email

Customize the name and description of the action on the Step Properties panel to the right.

Configure

In order to create the e-mail template, click on Configure.

Fill in the Recipients, Subject, and Body of the e-mail, then click on Save to commit the changes and return to the workflow diagram.

• Variables can be added to the Subject and the Body of the e-mail.
• Data Set Variables will only be available when the Email action is inside a Loop.
