New Features
Employee Dashboard
What it is:
The Employee Dashboard provides a high-level overview of key Employee Records data through summary metrics and visualizations. It is intended to serve as a landing page for users working within the ERM system, allowing them to quickly assess workforce size, activity, and document distribution without navigating into individual lists or records.
Why it matters:
The dashboard combines KPI cards and charts to present aggregated data related to employees, documents, document types, and departments. This dashboard reduces time spent navigating multiple screens, improves workload awareness, and supports better decision‑making with built‑in analytics. By surfacing high‑priority actions and visualizing trends like processing volume and turnaround times, Human Resource staff can work more efficiently and proactively address bottlenecks.
Who it impacts:
Human Resource staff who oversee employee records, audits, reviews, and daily work queues
Administrators who monitor operational trends
Quickstart Guide:
Log in using your authentication credentials
Navigate to the new Employee Dashboard tab in the left menu
Interact with the analytics widgets to view workload metrics, processing trends, and performance insights
Enhancements
Audits
Audit Dashboard:
Formerly named HR Dashboard, this provides a centralized view of audit activity, status, and key metrics, giving Human Resource staff and auditors clearer visibility and faster access to in‑progress reviews.
Streamlined user flow:
Improved navigation and clearer task steps make the audit process more intuitive and consistent.
Enhanced Document Viewer:
Faster loading, improved readability, and side‑by‑side comparison tools make document validation significantly more efficient. Now configured to support SVG and additional file formats, enabling broader document compatibility within the Document Viewer.
Internal Audit Review with Missing‑Document Indicators:
Clear visual markers help reviewers quickly identify missing or incomplete documents before final approval, reducing back‑and‑forth communication.
Improvements
UI/UX, Processing Speed
Significantly Reduced Load Times:
Core system operations now run much faster, including form submissions, dashboard loading, and document retrieval.
Improved High‑Volume Performance:
Optimizations ensure the system remains responsive during peak usage periods.
More Efficient End‑to‑End Experience:
Reduced wait times and smoother transitions help both Human Resource staff and auditors complete tasks more quickly.
