Your document viewer is getting an upgrade
A foundational improvement to how you work with documents every day, included in your existing plan.
What's happening
We're excited to share that the VisualVault Document Viewer is being upgraded. This is a foundational improvement to the way you interact with documents on the platform, and it's included in your existing plan at no additional cost.
The upgrade rolls out in phases between June and August. Your viewer will update automatically during that window. No action is needed on your end.

When will I see the change?

Your content is safe
No documents, annotations, or user-created content will be affected by this upgrade. Everything you have stored in VisualVault remains exactly as you left it.
