About Release Notes
VisualVault release notes provide a summary of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes included in the latest release. These updates represent effective changes that impact multi-tenant environments, e.g. North America (NA), South America (SA), and the Online Record Center (ORC). All updates noted here are deployed simultaneously across these environments unless otherwise specified.
Please be aware that GovCloud environments may not be included in standard release updates due to custom configurations or public sector compliance requirements. We recommend that customers operating within these environments consult with their Client Success Manager for deployment timelines and applicability.
Availability
Release notes are first made available internally during pre-production to support early validation and planning. Once the release reaches production, the notes are published for external access by customers and partners.
