An HR Admin can configure the [**Employee Access**](/v1/docs/employee-access#how-do-i-enable-departmental-access) to grant Departmental Access as well as Access Exceptions. When enabled, managers can view all employee records within their department. ### What should I do if I have a problem with ERM?
