How can I review document completeness for an audit?

The Internal Audit tab allows you to verify that all required documents have been submitted for the audit.

  1. Within the audit record, select the Internal Audit tab.

  2. Review the document list to identify missing or matched documents. Color indicators identify the status of each document:

    Indicator

    Description

    🟢 Green (default)

    The document is present and accounted for. Driven by the keyword configured in Settings, Not Missing Documents Keywords (default: good)

    🔴 Red (default)

    The document is missing from the audit. Driven by the keyword configured in Settings, Missing Documents Keywords (default: missing).

  3. Address any missing documents by returning to the Documents tab and including the required records.

What should I do if I have a problem with ERM?
