ERM-2446 -- Added a redesigned Audit Dashboard (v2) displaying overall compliance, a compliance trend chart, KPI cards for audited records, employees audited, and compliance issues, along with a document type breakdown and an active audits table with status tabs and sorting by missing documents.
ERM-2412 -- The Settings > Configuration page now uses a tabbed layout (General, Employees, Document Search, Audits, Compliance), with saves scoped to the active tab, unsaved-change indicators on tabs with pending edits, and a confirmation prompt when leaving the page with unsaved changes.
ERM-2413 -- A new Compliance permission has been added to Settings > Roles & Permissions, giving admins granular control over who can modify compliance threshold settings independently of the broader Configuration permission.
ERM-2414 -- Admins can now configure the label of the Missing Documents tab inside audits, set keyword-based row highlighting rules for Manual Mode with color pickers and a live preview row, and see a real-time WCAG contrast ratio indicator as they choose colors.
ERM-2415 -- Admins can now set a global default page size applied across all grids, with optional per-section overrides for Employees, Document Search, and Audits.
ERM-2416 -- The Employee Search Filters builder now supports adding custom search fields with a field type, mapping, and label, with inline editing, drag-to-reorder, and delete. Each are saved per tab.
ERM-2417 -- Document Search now maintains separate filter lists for Employee Records mode and Document Text mode, and filters can be mapped to employee fields in addition to document index fields.
ERM-2418 -- Admins can now configure compliance score thresholds in 2-zone or 3-zone mode using a slider with synced inputs and live zone cards; the Audit Dashboard's compliance color bands reflect the saved configuration.
Bug Fixes:
ERM-2215 -- Resolved an issue where saving a Document Type configuration returned a 500 server error and timed out.
ERM-2423 -- Resolved an issue where Bulk Delete on Exception File Review failed silently when more than 200 documents were selected; large selections are now processed in batches automatically.
ERM-2451 -- Resolved an issue where the search bar in the Audit Documents view overlapped other interface elements on wider screens.
ERM-2452 -- Resolved an issue where clicking the row area in the Audit Documents list (instead of the checkbox) unexpectedly navigated to the document's details page.
ERM-2450 -- Resolved an issue where the System Status field was left blank for non-Active employees (e.g., Terminated or On Leave) when the import source had no Employment Status field mapping.
ERM-2448 -- Resolved an issue where the Location field on Employee Details was never populated by the HR Records import.
ERM-2214 -- Resolved an issue where the Document History panel, opened from Document Search, showed only the employee ID instead of the employee name.
