ERM-2349 -- The Exception File Review Pending list now additionally flags documents where the employee number doesn't match anyone in Employee Master, with a new Status column explaining why each document needs review, and a new maintenance task that can automatically resolve and move matched documents.
ERM-2346 -- Added a Bulk Delete option to the Exceptions tab of Exception File Review, letting users with Delete permission select multiple files and delete them together after confirming the count.
ERM-2345 -- Added a Delete button to each row on the Exceptions tab of Exception File Review, letting users with Delete permission remove a file after confirming.
ERM-2344 -- Added a configurable Delete permission for Exception Documents under Settings > Roles and Permissions, disabled by default for all roles except HR Admin.
ERM-2343 -- Files on the Exceptions tab of Exception File Review can now be deleted (individually or in bulk) by users with the new Delete permission; deleted files are routed to Destruction Approval.
Bug Fixes
ERM-2342 -- Resolved an issue where entering a record limit for a manual import run didn't actually limit how many files were downloaded, and where a slow response from the document system could leave an import hung for up to 20 minutes before it failed.
ERM-2341 -- Resolved an issue where the Documents > Include Docs grid and the Internal Audit grid on an Audit record didn't load their data until the page was manually refreshed.
ERM-2338 -- Resolved an issue where a field added under Settings > Configuration > Search > Document Search Filters didn't appear on Document Search, and where switching to the Document Text tab caused added search fields to disappear.
ERM-2333 -- Resolved an issue where changing a custom Document Search filter in Employee Record mode didn't automatically refresh the results grid.
ERM-2327 -- Resolved an issue where Document Search and Document Text Search returned no results when searching by an employee number that had leading zeros.
ERM-2325 -- Resolved an issue where the Mapping to Database Field dropdown on the Document Search Filters configuration page failed to load, blocking new search fields from being configured.
ERM-2312 -- Resolved an issue where sorting a column in Employee Search only reordered the results on the current page instead of across the full result set.
Maintenance
ERM-2357 -- Resolved an issue where employees imported without a preferred name could be missing from the default Employees page view. Also added a downloadable example CSV template and stronger validation when setting up an Employee HR Records import source.
