# Document Viewer Upgrade

## **Your document viewer is getting an upgrade**

A foundational improvement to how you work with documents every day, included in your existing plan.

### **What's happening**

We're excited to share that the VisualVault Document Viewer is being upgraded. This is a foundational improvement to the way you interact with documents on the platform, and it's included in your existing plan at no additional cost.

The upgrade rolls out in phases between June and August. Your viewer will update automatically during that window. No action is needed on your end.

### **When will I see the change?**

The upgrade rolls out in phases from June through August. Your viewer will update automatically sometime within that window. No preparation is needed.

### **Your content is safe**
